.Synopsis...A high pressure ridge N of the Hawaiian Islands will
weaken as a front approaches the state from the NW. The front
will enter the NW offshore waters later today, with near
gale-force winds behind the front. A trough may develop over the
far SE waters today. A new high pressure will build N of the area
midweek. Isolated thunderstorms are possible through much of the
forecast period.
