.Synopsis...A surface trough over NE waters will lift NW and
dissipate by the end of the week. High pressure will build far NE
of the waters and drift SE and strengthen through the forecast
period.

.THURSDAY...South southeast winds 7 to 10 knots. Seas 3 to
4 feet. Scattered showers.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots. Seas 3 to
4 feet. Isolated showers.
.FRIDAY...East southeast winds 10 to 15 knots. Seas 3 to 4 feet.
Isolated showers.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...East winds to 10 knots to Kauai...east 15 to
