.Synopsis...A mid- to upper-level low, centered N of the islands,
is forecast to remain nearly stationary the next several days and
bring isolated thunderstorms to the far NW waters on Wednesday. A
surface trough over the NW waters will maintain a lighter SE flow
across the majority of the Hawaiian coastal waters. Then high
pressure will build far NE of the islands by this weekend,
strengthening the trades.
