.Synopsis...A weak high pressure ridge will remain over the
eastern half of the area through Wednesday. A cold front will
move across the NW waters Wednesday, then retreat back to the W
on Thursday as a trough. Scattered strong thunderstorms will be
possible over W waters Wednesday night and Thursday. High
pressure builds back in by Thursday afternoon.
