.Synopsis...As of the 5 AM, Kiko has weakened to a post-tropical
cyclone and is centered near 22.9N 158.1W moving west at 10 kts.
Kiko will continue to move NW through the central offshore waters
and northern offshore waters. As Kiko moves away from the area, a
ridge of high pressure will build north of the area.
