Marine Weather HF Voice Broadcast for the Tropical N Atlantic
from 07N to 19N W of 55W, the N Atlantic from 19N to
31N W of 55W including the Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for Caribbean Sea and Tropical N Atlantic from
07N to 19N W of 55W

.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic high pressure combined with the Colombian
low will maintain fresh to strong trades along with moderate to
rough seas across much of the central Caribbean through early
next week. The coverage of these winds is forecast to shrink by
Sat. Numerous thunderstorms in the southeastern Caribbean are
not presently associated with a tropical wave, but are expected
to persist into Sat, at which time a tropical wave will approach
the Lesser Antilles and the eastern Caribbean. Another tropical
wave, currently along 74W, will move across the rest of the
central Caribbean today, then across the western part of the
basin on Sat.

Synopsis for the the SW N Atlantic including the Bahamas

.SYNOPSIS...An upper level trough over the southeastern United
States along with a couple of surface troughs is resulting in
scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms, mainly north of
25N west of 70W. Looking ahead, a cold front is forecast to
reach the waters off NE Florida today, then stall and remain
nearly stationary through Sun extending from near Bermuda to
northern Florida. Moderate to fresh northeast winds along with
moderate seas are expected in the wake of the front by Sun. The
Atlantic ridge will dominate the remainder of the forecast region
producing a gentle to moderate anticyclonic flow.
