Synopsis for Caribbean Sea and Tropical N Atlantic from
07N to 19N W of 55W

.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong trade winds are expected to pulse
across the central and west-central Caribbean through the middle

through the passages into the eastern Caribbean into today.
