New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure centered to the
E of the region will gradually move E through Wed while extending
a ridge W over the area today into Tue. Weak low pressure will
form and move gradually E and NE along a front S of the waters
today through Tue night as the high pressure ridge slowly weakens
over the area. The low pressure will weaken to the SE and E of
the region Wed. A warm front will lift NE over the waters Wed and
Wed night into early Thu, followed by a cold front approaching
the coast from the W late Thu. The cold front will move offshore
Thu night, and pass E of the region Fri. A secondary cold front
or low pressure trough will move SE over the waters Fri night as
high pressure moves E over New England region.
