New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A broad, complex low pressure
system will remain stationary just S of the waters overnight,
then gradually shift to the SE Tue into Wed. A cold front will
approach from the NW Tue night, then pass S across the waters
Wed. Another low will develop just E of the area Wed night into
Thu, intensify just SE of the area Thu night into Fri, then move
E into the N Atlantic Fri night. High pressure will build into
the eastern U.S. Wed through Fri, then move E over the waters Fri
night through Sat night.
