New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will shift E of
the area earl today. Low pressure will move E along a stationary
front S of the waters today and tonight. High pressure builds S
over the area behind the low by Sun, and continues through Mon.
With high pressure persisting over much of the waters, another
low will move E, and pass just S of the area Mon night through
Tue night. The low will weaken to the SE and E of the region Wed.
A warm front will lift NE over the waters Wed night.
