New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strong low pressure to the SE
of the area will slowly move well E of the region today and
tonight as high pressure gradually builds E over the area. The
high will move E over the waters Sun, then shift E of the region
Sun night as a cold front moves E over the W waters. The front
will continue moving E across the area Mon and Mon night as low
pressure tracks NE along the coast while pulling a low pressure
trough over the area into Tue. Another cold front will move over
the waters Tue night into Wed night as low pressure tracks NE
along the coast.
