Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A strong cold front will sweep across the area tonight and early Thu, followed by a secondary cold front Thu night. A series of low pressure troughs will move SE across the waters Fri through Sat. High pressure will build in from the W late Sat, move over the waters Sat night and then shift E of the waters Sun. A warm front will move into the area late Sun as yet another strong cold front approaches from the west. That cold front should move across the waters Sun night and early Mon. A weak secondary cold front will follow late Mon into Mon night. High pressure will build into the N portion late Mon night.
