New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Weak high pressure will
remain over the area through Thu as weak lows move NE along a
surface front nearly stationary just SE of the waters. High
pressure gradually shifts E Thu night and Fri ahead of a cold
front. This slow-moving front approaches the coast Fri, and
weakens as it moves E across the waters Fri and Fri night.
Another cold front approaches from the W Sat, moves into the
area Sat night, and finally passes through the area by late Sun
night. High pressure builds in from the W behind the front.
