New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will move E
across the waters today and tonight as low pressure moves NE
along the front. Behind the front, high pressure builds E over
the area, though a surface trough or secondary cold front should
pass over the waters on the E side of the high late tonight and
Thu. High pressure then persists through Fri night, moving SE Sat
as a surface trough moves SE over the area. S of another high
anchored over SE Canada, deepening low pressure offshore of the
SE U.S. coast over the weekend will slowly move N, impacting at
least the S waters Sat night through Sun night. Mariners should
monitor later forecasts on this coastal system.
