.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A warm front will move NE
across the area this morning. Deepening low pressure and a cold
front will pass E over the waters later today. A series of
surface troughs will pass from NW to SE across the area tonight
into Tue night. High pressure will gradually build E over the
waters Wed into Thu night.
