offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A series of surface troughs
will continue to move NW to SE over the area today and tonight
around broad low pressure over Atlantic Canada. High pressure
will build over the waters Wed, then shift N and W Wed night
through Thu night as low pressure passes by just S and SE of the
area. The high pressure ridge will then shift E Fri, again
passing across the waters. A cold front will move SE across the
waters Fri night into early Sat. High pressure will build over
the area again late Sat and Sat night.
