offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will persist
over New England and the waters tonight through Tue. Low pressure
will move NE along a stationary front over the outer mid-
Atlantic waters, passing S and E of Georges Bank Tue and Tue
night. High pressure will then return behind the low and remain
in place through Wed night. The high will shift E of the area Thu
as a warm front lifts N across the eastern portions Thu night and
Fri. A cold front will move E through New England Fri and Fri
night, then across the waters late Sat into Sat night.
