Conditions given represent the highest within that period. Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than twice the significant wave height. Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. A stronger cold front extending SW from the low will move quickly SE across the waters tonight. High pressure will build E across the waters late Mon into Tue. The high will shift E Tue night as weak low pressure develops and moves NE along the Maine coast, pushing a warm front NE across the area. Another warm front will lift N across the waters Wed ahead of a stronger area of low pressure moving E into northern New England. A strong cold front associated with that system will sweep SE across the area Wed night into Thu. High pressure will approach the coast Thu night.
