Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Developing low pressure will pass SE and E of the area tonight. High pressure will build over the southern waters tonight into Thu as a weak low pressure trough crosses the N waters. The high will move E of the area later Thu into Fri as a cold front approaches from the W. The front will move slowly offshore later Fri into Sat, then pass E of the area later Sat and Sat night. Another weak low pressure trough will move SE over the region Sat night into Sun. Another high will build SE across the area Sun and Sun night, then persist Mon and Mon night.
