offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front, extending from a
weak low over the N Gulf of Maine, will move slowly across the
waters today, then pass E of the area tonight. A series of weak
low pressure troughs will pass across the waters tonight into
Sun. High pressure will build E and SE into the waters Sun,
before retreating to the inner waters Sun night. The high will
persist over the inner waters Mon into Mon night as low pressure
passes SE and then E of the area. The high will spread E and
cover most of the area Tue and Tue night as the low moves off to
the E and NE of the waters. The high will then dominate the
waters Wed before moving off to the E of the waters Wed night as
low pressure organizes to the S and SW of the area.
