offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure near the Gulf of
Maine will move E and NE through Thu night. A series of surface
troughs will then move S over the area behind the low, with high
pressure gradually building E Fri through Sat. The high shifts E
Sat and Sat night as a warm front approaches and enters the
waters from the SW. The warm front will move across the waters
Sat night, with a low moving into the area from the NW Sun. The
low deepens as it moves E Sun and Sun night. A strong cold front
moves SE over the waters Sun, then a persistent W to NW flow
occurs behind the front Sun night through Mon night as high
pressure builds to the S.
