New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure E of the area
will gradually move E through Wed while extending a ridge over
the area tonight into Tue. Weak low pressure will move E and NE
along a front S of the area tonight through Tue night, as the
high pressure ridge weakens over the area. The low will move E
and E of Georges Bank later Wed. A warm front will lift NE over
the waters Wed through early Thu, followed by a cold front
approaching the coast from the W late Thu. The cold front will
move through the area Thu night through Fri. A secondary cold
front or low pressure trough will move SE over the waters Fri
night as high pressure moves E over New England waters. High
pressure will move E over the waters and pass E of the area Sat
and Sat night. A trough will move SE over the area Sat night.
