New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build over
the waters into Thu, then shift NE of the region Thu night into
Fri. Low pressure will pass just S and SE of the area tonight
into Thu night, then track NE to the E of the waters Fri into Fri
night. A warm front will move offshore into the southern waters
late Fri. Meanwhile, a cold front will move SE across the waters
Fri night into Sat. An area of low pressure will develop along
the front Sat near Georges Bank, then move quickly NE away from
the area Sat night. A high pressure ridge will build across the
waters Sat night, the gradually shift E through Sun night.
Another cold front will approach the coast Sun night, then move
across the waters Mon. High pressure will move offshore behind
the front Mon, then settle across the waters through Mon night.

.TONIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft early, becoming
2 ft or less.
.THU...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
.THU NIGHT...NE winds less than 10 kt, becoming variable. Seas
2 ft or less.
.FRI...SW winds 5 to 15 kt, increasing to 10 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft
or less, becoming 3 ft.
.FRI NIGHT...SW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
.SAT...N winds 10 to 20 kt, increasing to 20 to 30 kt. Seas 3 to
6 ft.
