offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will move E
tonight as a warm front moves into the waters from the S. A cold
front will move into the waters Sat, with low pressure developing
along the front and moving NE. The cold front will move E of the
area by Sat night. Another high will move E across the waters Sat
night and Sun, followed by a weakening cold front moving through
the area late Sun night into early Mon. Yet another high will
move E into the waters late Mon into Mon night, then pass SE of
the area Tue. A warm front should lift N across the area Tue
night. Another cold front will move through the region Wed and
Wed night.
