New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will shift E of
the area today, as a series of low pressure centers pass S, then
E of the waters into tonight. A cold front will move offshore
tonight, then clear E of the waters Sun. A stronger cold front
will move to the coast late Sun, then move across the area Sun
night into Mon. High pressure will build E across the waters late
Mon into Tue. The high will shift E Tue night as another low
pressure develops and moves into New England. The associated warm
front will lift NE Wed and the cold front to follow pushing E
late Wed and Wed night.
