New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front will
persist just S of the waters into the weekend. High pressure over
the waters N of the front this evening will shift E of the area
by early Sat. Low pressure will move E along the front just S of
the waters Sat and Sat night. High pressure builds S over the
area behind the low by Sun, and continues through Mon. With high
pressure persisting over much of the waters, another low will
move E, and pass just S of the area Mon night through Tue night.
The low will weaken to the SE and E of the region Wed. A warm
front will lift NE over the waters Wed night.
