New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will prevail
over the area tonight into Mon. Low pressure will form and move E
and NE along a front S of the waters Mon through Tue night as a
high pressure ridge slowly weakens over the area. The low will
weaken to the SE and E of the region Wed. A warm front will lift
NE over the waters Wed night into Thu, followed by a cold front
approaching the coast from the W late Thu. The cold front will
move offshore Thu night, and clear E of the region Fri. A
secondary cold front or low pressure trough will move SE over the
waters Fri night as high pressure builds E over New England.
