Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will shift E of the area earl today. Low pressure will move E along a stationary front S of the waters today and tonight. High pressure builds S over the area behind the low by Sun, and continues through Mon. With high pressure persisting over much of the waters, another low will move E, and pass just S of the area Mon night through Tue night. The low will weaken to the SE and E of the region Wed. A warm front will lift NE over the waters Wed night.
