New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build E
across the waters today and tonight, then shift well E of the
region Mon and Mon night while weakening. A developing low will
track NE while passing just S of the waters Mon night, then move
well E of the area Tue and Tue night as a high pressure ridge
builds E towards the region. The high will quickly move E of the
area Wed, as a strengthening low pressure area passes just N of
the waters Wed night and early Thu. A trailing cold front will
move to the coast by Wed night, and move quickly E and SE over
the area late Wed night into early Thu. High pressure will build
E toward the waters late Thu and Thu night.
