New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A warm front will lift NE over
the waters tonight into early Thu followed by a cold front
approaching from the W late Thu. The cold front will move through
the area Thu night through Fri. A secondary cold front or low
pressure trough will move SE over the waters Fri night as high
pressure moves E over New England waters. High pressure will move
E over the waters and pass E of the area Sat and Sat night. A low
pressure or trough will approach the waters Sat night and slowly
move over the area into Sun night. Yet another low pressure will
move across the region Mon into Mon night.

.THU NIGHT...SW winds 15 to 25 kt. Seas 4 to 7 ft. Scattered
showers and tstms. Areas of fog with vsby 1 nm or less.
.FRI...W to SW winds 15 to 20 kt, becoming W 5 to 15 kt. Seas
