Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A strong cold front moves E of the area early today, followed by a secondary cold front that moves E across the waters through tonight. A series of surface troughs will move SE across the waters Fri through Sat. High pressure builds in from the W late Sat, continuing Sat night and shifting E Sun. A warm front moves into the area Sun night as yet another cold front approaches from the west. The cold front should move into the waters late Sun night and move E of the area Mon.
