offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure just S of the
waters this morning will move SE of the area later today. A warm
front will lift N across the region tonight into Wed, before a
cold front moves E through the waters Wed and Wed night. A series
of secondary cold fronts will move E through the area Wed night
through Fri night. Another high will build E across the region
Sat and Sat night.
