offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will move E
across the waters tonight, then shift E of the region Mon and Mon
night while weakening. A developing low will track NE while
passing just S of the waters late Mon into early Mon night, then
move E and NE of the area late Mon night into Tue night while
rapidly intensifying. A high pressure ridge will build E toward
the waters Tue night, then move quickly E over the area early
Wed. The next developing low pressure area will track E over
northern New England late Wed, pass near or just N of the waters
Wed night, and then move E and NE away from the area Thu while
intensifying. A trailing cold front will move E and SE over the
area Wed night and pass E of the waters Thu. High pressure will
build E toward the waters late Thu, move E over the area Thu
night into Fri, and pass E of the area by Fri night. Yet another
cold front will approach the waters from the W and NW Fri night.
