offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak high pressure ridge
over the N waters tonight will retreat Tue. A weak cold front
will approach from the N Tue and Tue night as a low pressure
trough develops along the coast. The front will stall N of the
area Wed and persist into Thu night before lifting further north.
A cold front from the west will reach the coast Fri, them move E
across the area Fri night into Sat. A secondary cold front or low
pressure trough will move into the area Sat and Sat night.
