New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strong low pressure to the SE
of the area will move SE early tonight, then slowly move well E
of the region late tonight through Sat night as high pressure
gradually builds E over the area. The high will move E over the
waters Sun, then shift E of the region Sun night as a cold front
moves E over the W waters. The front will continue moving E
across the area Mon and Mon night as low pressure tracks NE along
the coast while pulling a low pressure trough over the area into
Tue. Yet another cold front will move over the waters Tue night
into early Wed as a second area of low pressure tracks NE along
the coast Wed and Wed night.
