New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Weak high pressure will remain
over the area through Thu as weak lows move NE along a surface
front nearly stationary just SE of the waters. High pressure
gradually shifts E Thu night and Fri ahead of a cold front. This
slow-moving front approaches the coast Fri, then weakens and
dissipates just offshore Fri night. Another cold front approaches
from the W Sat, moves into the area Sat night, then weakens and
dissipates across the waters Mon. High pressure builds in from
the W behind the front late Sun night through Mon night. A
stationary boundary will extend across the eastern portion of the
waters Sun, and remain in place through Mon night.
