New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will remain over
most of waters tonight, and then persist while slowly weakening
Wed into Thu. Low pressure areas will move NE along a stationary
front over the outer mid-Atlantic waters, and pass S and E of
Georges Bank tonight into Thu. The high will gradually shift E of
the waters late Thu, Thu night into Fri as a cold front
approaches from the W. The cold front will reach the coast later
Fri night into early Sat, slowly move offshore late Sat into Sat
night, move E over the outer waters early Sun, and pass E of the
area late Sun. High pressure will build E over New England Sun
night.
