.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build E
across the waters today, followed by a cold front moving through
the area tonight into Mon. Another high will build E over the
waters Mon into Mon night, then pass SE of the area Tue. A warm
front will lift N across the area Tue night into Wed, before
another cold front moves E through the waters Wed and Wed night.
A series of secondary cold fronts will move E through the region
Wed night through Thu night.
