.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge along
the coast will gradually expand SE across the waters today
through Thu while weakening. Low pressure will develop over the
Gulf of Maine Thu night, then pass E of the waters Fri. High
pressure will build across New England Fri night into Sat and
persist Sat night through Sun night.
