New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure over the waters
tonight will push E of the area tomorrow, with a warm front
approaching the waters from the SW and moving into the area early
morning Sun. Deepening low pressure and a cold front pass E over
the waters Sun. The low will persist over SE Canada through Tue
night, and around the broad low, another series of surface
troughs will pass from NW to SE across the area. High pressure
then gradually builds E over the waters Wed into Thu night.
