offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Early today the waters will
remain between high pressure over the eastern U.S. and broad low
pressure well out over the N Atlantic centered near 36N. Another
low S of Nova Scotia today will deepen and broaden this afternoon
and tonight as it moves slightly W, before shifting S Fri. The
strong low, centered near 40N65W early Fri, will slowly move
farther E into the N Atlantic Fri night through Sat night as high
pressure gradually moves E over the area. High pressure will be
over the waters Sun, moving E late Sun and Sun night as a cold
front moves into the W waters Sun night. The cold front pushes E
across the waters Mon and early Mon night, with lingering low
pressure and a surface trough over the area overnight Mon night.
