West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Low pressure just E of the outer
portion of the central waters will move NE away from the waters
into tonight. An associated trailing cold front located just E
and S of the waters will become stationary to the S of the area
later Fri, persist into Sat, and then lift N into the far S
portion Sat night into Sun. Low pressure will develop E of the S
waters Sun night, move NE while remaining E of the area Mon and
Mon night, then pass NE of the waters Tue and Tue night. A
trailing cold front will move just S of the area by Mon, and then
persist S of the waters Mon night into Tue night. Otherwise,
another cold front will move slowly SE over the N portion Fri
night into Sat while weakening, then pass E of the area Sat
night. A high pressure ridge will build just N of the waters late
Sun into Mon night, and continue into Tue. The ridge will build S
over the N and central waters late Tue and Tue night.
