West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A stationary front extending NE
from the North Carolina coast early today, will slowly weaken and
become a low pressure trough tonight. A cold front will move SE
over the N waters today, and become stationary over the N or
central waters tonight into Sun. Scattered to numerous
thunderstorms are likely over the waters today into tonight near
these fronts, and mariners should used caution for gusty winds
and rough seas in and near the heavier thunderstorms. The
stationary front will return N as a weak warm front later Sun and
Sun night, with the front passing N of the waters Mon. A cold
front will move E and approach the Mid-Atlantic seaboard later
Mon into Mon night, before passing E and SE over the region later
Mon night into Tue night while weakening. A secondary cold front
will approach the coast Wed, and then move SE over the waters Wed
night.

Hudson Canyon to Baltimore Canyon including the waters west of
39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
