West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure will prevail over
the far S waters through the weekend. A stationary front will
persist over the far N waters over the next couple days. Low
pressure will move E along the front today and tonight. The front
lingers off of the mid-Atlantic coast Sun through Mon with
another weak low moving E along the front. Yet another weak low
will move E and NE along the front off of the Virginia Capes late
Mon, continuing to move slowly E and NE over the central and N
waters Tue into early Wed. A low pressure trough will strengthen
along the coast Wed into Wed night, with a warm front developing
and lifting NE from the N waters Wed night.
