West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Much of the waters will remain
along the western extent of a strong Bermuda high pressure area
tonight through Fri. A cold front will approach the NW waters by
early Fri, and move into the northern and then the central waters
late Fri into Sat. The front will stall over the central waters
later Sat into Sat night, and then return N as a warm front Sun.
Another cold front will approach from the NW Sun night. A low
pressure trough will develop near the coast Fri night and persist
through Sun night.
