West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure will shift E and NE
of the area tonight while a ridge extends W and SW across the
southern waters through Sat. A cold front will move S into the N
waters tonight and Fri, then will stall over the central and
northern waters Fri into early Fri night before lifting back N as
a warm front later Fri night through Sat night. Another cold
front will move SE into the N waters Sun and Sun night, then
stall later Sun night. Low pressure will develop along the front
and move NE through the N waters Mon and Mon night, while pulling
a cold front through the central and S waters. Yet another cold
front will move E across the N waters Tue and Tue night, while
high pressure builds over the central and southern waters.

39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
