beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A stationary front oriented SW to
NE will persist over or just E of the outer waters today through
Thu night. A series of weak low pressure centers will lift NE
along the front today through Thu. Weak High pressure will build
E across the northern waters Wed through Thu before shifting E of
the area Thu night. The stationary front over the far outer
waters will lift N through the outer mid-Atlantic waters Thu
night into Fri as a warm front. A low pressure trough will move
offshore into the southern waters Fri night. A cold front will
move offshore into the northern and central waters late Sat and
Sat night.
