beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure will build E off
the Mid-Atlantic coast tonight, expand over the region Thu, then
shift E of the waters Thu night. A cold front will stall just S
of the region tonight into Thu, then lift N over the S waters
later Thu into Sat as low pressure forms along the front. The low
will move E of the area Sat night into Sun while slowly pulling
the front SE, before the front stalls across the S waters Sun
night into Mon night. Another cold front will move slowly SE over
the N portion Fri into Sat night while weakening. Another high
will build SE across the N waters Mon and Mon night.

Hudson Canyon to Baltimore Canyon including the waters west of
39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
