.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A weak trough over the waters
will dissipate this morning. The rest of the waters will remain
along the western extent of a strong Bermuda high pressure today
through Fri. A cold front will approach the NW waters Fri night,
then move across the area Sat and Sat night.
