beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...The southern waters will remain
along the western extent of a Bermuda high pressure area today
into Sat before the high weakens and shifts southward. A cold
front will approach the NW waters later today, and move E and SE
over the northern waters tonight into Fri. The front will reach
the central waters during Fri, stall and weaken over the central
waters Fri night into Sat night, and then return N as a warm
front late Sat night into Sun. High pressure will cross the
waters N of the stalled front Fri night into Sat night. Another
cold front will approach from the NW Sun, move over the northern
waters Sun night, the central waters Mon, and stall across the
southern waters Mon night.
