West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure over the northern
waters this evening will shift E of the area tonight. A warm
front will lift N over the S waters tonight into Fri as low
pressure forms and tracks NE along the front. The low will move E
of the area later Fri into Fri night while slowly pulling the
front SE of the area. The front will continue just S of the area
Sat into Mon night, then lift N over the S waters Tue and Tue
night. Another cold front will move slowly SE over the N portion
Fri night into Sat while weakening, then pass E of the area Sat
night. A high pressure ridge will build just N of the waters Mon
and Mon night, and continue Tue and Tue night.
