West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A warm front over the N waters
will move NE this morning. A cold front will sweep quickly E over
the N waters by this afternoon and through the S waters tonight
into Mon. High pressure will build over the S waters, while a
series of surface troughs pass from NW to SE over the N waters
Mon through Tue night. High pressure will gradually build E over
most of the waters Wed and Wed night. A surface front may develop
off the Carolina coast late Tue night with weak low pressure
possibly moving E along the front and off of the coast Wed night.
The low will move E of the area Thu and the cold front will push
S into the southern waters and stall into Thu night.
