.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A cold front will cross the N and
central portions early today. High pressure will build SE over
the area late today into Tue, then pass E of the area late Tue
into Tue night. A warm front will lift NE over the waters Tue
into Tue night, before another cold front moves across the area
Wed into Thu night. A series of cold fronts will move across the
N portion Wed night into Fri night as high pressure builds E
towards the area.
