beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Low pressure and a cold front
will sweep E and SE across the southern waters tonight as high
pressure builds across the northern and central portions. High
pressure will continue building SE across the area behind the
cold front Tue, then shift E Tue night. A warm front will clip
the N waters Tue night as it lifts NE away from the area. Another
strong cold front will approach the coast Wed, move across the
waters Wed night, then clear E of the area Thu. High pressure
will move E across the area late Thu into early Fri then persist
through Sat. Developing low pressure and associated warm and cold
fronts will approach the waters late Sat. The warm front will
lift across the central and northern waters Sat night as the low
and cold front approach the coast.
